Sue Kelsall, Managing Director

Sue Kelsall is the managing director of Rapid Impact. She is a strategy veteran, with more than 20 years of experience working with executives to make substantial and sustainable change. She has a relentless focus as she works to pin-point key issues, test assumptions and develop evidence-based solutions that can stand up to the rigour of boards, clients, key stakeholders and the community.

Her consulting assignments are diverse – ranging from assisting international firms to expand into new regions through to engaging with local communities to unlock the potential of their disadvantaged youth. While challenging in her approach, she respectfully builds confidence and capability during her engagements to help clients do the hard work of change and get the results they need.

Sue prefers to create positive, long-term working relationships with leaders, often moving across organisations and industries to assist clients apply strategy disciplines to new career challenges. These treasured engagements have allowed Sue to work on three continents, with a wide range of leaders from boutique organisations through to multinationals. Sue’s wide industry experience spans retail, commercial, manufacturing, industrial and transport sectors.  She also has deep experience in government and community sectors including working with Aboriginal communities, regional cities, national taskforces and committees.

Where the need arises for additional expertise, we will introduce trusted associates from our broad professional network who are the best in their field, and who understand the importance of shared goals and respectful interactions.

Dominic Harvey

Dominic is an experienced management consultant who brings deep experience in strategy development, corporate transformation, business improvement and project portfolio management, as well as working with management to deliver sustainable change. He is as comfortable working on billion-dollar transformation programs as he is contributing technology and data analytics to specialist community services. 

Ian Clark

As a co-founder and chief software architect of the strategy software, Envisio, Ian is committed to helping leaders to be more effective at strategic and operational planning. Articulating vision, setting directions, monitoring progress and reacting to changing environments are all activities enabled by the Envisio tool. His experience as a CEO allows him to understand our clients’ requirements and assist successful and sustainable implementation of this tool.

Verity Byth

Verity is a strategy veteran, with a track record for designing and implementing technology-enabled strategic change. She has successfully managed programs and projects to deliver new online products, services and businesses for private and public sector organisations. She uses collaboration, focus and common sense to turn bright ideas into valuable customer experiences.
